Darg of Athas sent Rory a strange manuscript to translate. Darg believed that the manuscript has something to do with the world of Athas.

At North Gorge Mine Rory’s home was discovered ransacked and lived in by some kobolds. The interrogated kobold said some books were brought into the mine for bedding. The manuscript was not found in the home or outside it.
