The world discovered the preternatural races and immediately imprisoned them in internment camps until something could be decided about their fate. The government leaders responsible for keeping their secret were kicked out of office and into prison. But the world has moved on now and the supernatural races have been released, analyzed, catalogued and assimiliated into society forever changing what it means to be alive and human.
