Encounted first on Amalin Grandus in Drake Mallear’s flight from an Arbites holding area in the spaceport atop the Eldar Monolith.

“The Strangler” was first seen throttling a guard, his ‘partner in crime’ was another excaped prisioner “Chairleg”, named in a similar fashion.

He escaped into the countryside and has not been seen since.
