This is a +1 dagger. When wearing this dagger you gain a +4 diplomacy when dealing with nobility. This dagger is also designed to hold poison, anyone using poison receives a +2 on their check, while those struck receive a -1 to their fortitude save.
Backstory
This was the dagger that struck the King’s bannerman and, the venom on it cause him to seize up and drop the Standard of the Sword. This dagger was buried with the King, his priests and historians knowing the significance of the item.
