R3-G3 has served the Richter royal family in their personal transportation starships for decades, aiding in their maintenanceand upkeep through the years as well as an occasional private pilot for secret rendezvous. Due to chance or neglect, no one ever bothered to wipe G3’s memory through the years, allowing a personality to develop through the years to the point where he began to actively plot to avoid them being done in royal droid maintenance bays. While the idea of “Droid Rights” is interesting to him, he feels as though making oneself stick out would be the thing to most likely to bring negative consequences, like a memory wipe, upon you.

Through the years R3-G3 has developed a bit of dislike of routine and love of new and interesting things. While he understands he needs to do his job and tow the line, he always looks forward to trips to new and interesting places or being able to play with a new piece of technology. This gives him some degree of job satisfaction as the problem solving involved in fixing ships can often be an interesting challenge on its own.

When R3-G3 was asked by the King to take care of his daughter, Erika, he was very excited! Both because he felt that he was being treated as important and respectfully and even more importantly, it meant adventures! He is determined not to fail in this mission and do his best to keep Princess Erika as safe as he can, even if such a thing is far outside of anything in his experience, he doesn’t think about that though, he will keep her safe and surely it will mean exciting adventures to come!
