Constance is a petite Void-Born woman who has served aboard ships of the Kaiser dynasty her entire life. It’s her job to monitor and coordinate vox traffic about the King’s Gambit. She works under Petty Officer Victoria Trask. Constance is very good at her job, which is good, as her seemingly-haphazard-yet-effective style of doing things often rubs the more buttoned-down Master of Etherics the wrong way.
