Description
Dmitri has the most striking appearence of his coterie. He would be over six foot tall if he stood straight, but walks in a perpetual stoop. His whole body is elongated, disproportionately so in the extremities, giving the impression of some gangly insect. He takes care, however, to play down such abnormalities, dressing plainly and conversing in a friendly, amiable fashion with a soft ukranian accent.
Bio
Dmitri spends a lot of his nights overseeing the administration of Heaven and Hell. Since his arrival, the club appears to be doing well, although the cultural demographic of the clientele and the staff does seem to have shifted somewhat.
