Peter is Sarai’s brother, and appeared in the Four Winds Tavern shortly after Sarai collapsed. He revealed that their mother has been disappearing a lot lately, and that Sarai falls ill every month or so, and is subjected to feverish dreams.

After he tried to get Sarai home, Peter too fell unconscious.
