When Fabian is threatened or scared, he transforms into a huge, heavily muscled creature with graying skin and a shock of red dreadlocks. This being demonstrates incredible strength, durability, and stamina. Fabian does eventually revert back to his normal form.
Bio
Fabian is one of The Nine.
Given his strength and durability, Fabian is in charge of policing the Empowered; anyone found guilty of violating the rules and regulations of The Nine is in danger of being attacked or arrested by Fabian and his group.
