Jack is capable of absorbing electrical energy, storing it indefinitely, and releasing it at will. There does not seem to be a limit to the amount of power that Jack can absorb.
Bio
Jack is one of The Nine.
Part of the CAPA group initially, he was responsible for inviting almost all of the PCs to their base of operations.
Ever since, he’s been a dedicated supporter of The Organization, and has become the leader of the Education group; he’s interested in helping people learn about their powers, how to use them, and making sure that people keep practicing on their own.
