Description

Obviously a deluded psychopath, Tsuto was part of the conspiracy behind the goblin raid during the Swallowtail Festival. Apparently in love with Nualia Tobyn, the long-since-thought-dead adopted daughter of Father Tobyn, the two of them concocted a plan to raid the town, and make off with her father’s remains. Tsuto then went furhter in his plan, and kidnapped his siter, Ameiko, and killed his father, Lonjiku. He let loose goblins inside of the Glassworks and generally was a huge dick.

In the course of rescuing Ameiko, the Heroes of Sandpoint confronted Tsuto, and despite trying to take him alive, he was savagely cut down by Cohl Ogre-Hammer.
