Robert Oneal is the dean of Kingdom Falls University. A very large man, he usually wears brown suits and is seldom without a cup of coffee. He is going bald, but has a dark beard.

He doesn’t trust Prof. Hughes. Whether this is because he just doesn’t like him, or suspects that there’s something sinister about him is unknown.
