Ship Crest:

A privateer vessel run by a mixed crew of (mostly) nobles from the race of Our Heroes that enlisted with the military during the end of the recent wars in the Home System. The Iris distinguished itself greatly in combat against The Hurune, and has therefore been tapped as an escort for the Carrier Expedition Group on its mission to explore the artifact, quite possibly the most important deployment in the history of the race.
