Bio

Iris was born a normal girl in Ark City to just a normal family (as normal as you can get for a family living in the apocalypse). She was an adventurous young girl and often got into things she shouldn’t of. One day she ran into a meteorite out in the “desert” running around where she shouldn’t of been. She could see it from a distance and decided to go check it out, being as curious as she was. As she approached the rock her head immediately began throbbing and within seconds she passed out.

She awoke sometime later with a weird feeling in the back of her head. She had heard people in Ark City talk about a “psychic maelstrom” that some people were connected to, could this be it? She tried to focus in on the harsh but soothing migraine in the back of her head and passed out again. This time however she had a dream, she saw her parents walking over the oil lake at Ark City, and then bursting into flame. She immediately woke up in shock, sweating like crazy and very concerned for her parents back in the city.

When she arrived back home, there was smoke coming out of the hold, and she was greeted by Tao, the hardholder, he informed Iris that her parents were just killed in a fire in the hold, and that she was under his care now. She reluctantly accepted, and didn’t seem even taken back by her parents death, as if she had already seen it.

She grew a little older under Tao’s care, and eventually, some how ended up in sexual relations with him, every time they did it, she would get flashes of her parents incident, as if seeing it through a bystander’s eyes. Over time the vision got clearer and clearer and she eventually came to realize that Tao was the cause of her parents death. When the final vision hit her, she pushed herself out from under Tao screamed “Murderer!” and split, and never looked back.

Trudging through the waste she eventually made it to a hold she knew as Sweltering Hole and decided to try and find shelter there for the time being. Upon her arrival she sought out the Hardholder of the hold and when she found him, she witnessed something she shouldn’t have…

My Relationships:

Hemmi- I like boss, he has kept me safe and given me a good home since I came here, I am the only one who saw what he did and it gives me leverage with him, I don’t see him as another pawn to be played, he is a friend.

Mini Skirt- She is tough, cool, and sexy all wrapped in an even sexier package, I can’t seem to get into her head, I feel like she would have my back if trouble comes around even if she doesn’t trust me.

Dog Shit- I love Gramps, no matter how gruff he is with me sometimes, I have never been in his head, but I really want to, I bet he has a lot of information about the start of this trash world we call home, he never lets me get near him, does he know what I can do?

Jax- I have been watching him carefully, he runs with Gramp’s gang and does their mechanical work for them. He is very quiet and has never spoken a word to me, but it is almost like he doesn’t need to, I have never been in his head, and I don’t know if I want to be, they say it is the quiet ones you need to watch out for.

Mice- I’ve seen what happened to him, through his eyes, It was horrific, I don’t want to control him, I want to help him.

Grome- A coward, pure and simple, I’ve seen it in his head, maybe I can use him to help Boss get this gang war under control, either way, he is an object, to be used and then trashed when it’s use is up.
