Located across from King’s Station, Kings Tavern was an institution long before the rail system began. Fortunately, with progress has come more tavern patrons, and Machupa Stuwart has moved to a larger building on the block. Thus, the old King’s Tavern lay vacant, until a chance encounter between Calliope and Machupa’s wife, Gudlaug. The Stuwarts, a lovely half-orc couple, no longer needed the small tavern, but wanted to avoid selling it to a potential competitor. Hence, Calliope and the Stuwarts struck a deal. They even threw in old furniture from the inn that was converted into the new King’s Tavern. FT3 now has a home of their own, near speedy transportation (once the rail is complete), an easy distance between RHC Headquarters and the Royal Shipyard, and a corner table at the new King’s Tavern anytime they choose to visit.
