Proposed rules on character’s strangeness:
Typically, decisions on patron deity, alignment, channeling positive/negative energy, etc. must be made permanently at character creation. As Madoc is kind of off his rocker and does not worship a defined, typical deity, this seems inappropriate. Once per game session or as otherwise determined by the GM, use the following tables as a guideline to determine what “deity” Madoc will now be a devotee of. Note that these vagaries do not actually affect any in-game statistics (spell domains, alignment, etc) other than the channel positive/negative energy and ability to switch any spell for a cure/inflict spells as noted below. Also note that Madoc’s veneration of any of these entities, especially the sentient ones, does not mean that Madoc is now a servant/slave of that person, or that he will even follow their direction. He will follow what he THINKS their edicts are, even if they are directly contrary to what that entity is actually saying directly to him.
Note: For technical purposes (detect alignment, etc), Madoc is always Chaotic Neutral regardless of his actual behavior
