Vincent430 is a BEP, a Biologically Engineered Person. He was manufactured early in Global War 2 for the Democratic Republic of America. He fought everybody for whoever and never asked questions and everything fell apart. After Global War 2, he and remnants of his unit joined a survivalist enclave on the west coast of Normerica. Eventually the enclave was wiped out by cannabalism and mysterious blue humanoid scavengers; Vincent430 made his escape with Mike “The Rat” Stanislavski. They have a good working relationship, and have not eaten each other yet.
