Description

Grants the wearer a bonus to all healing spells equal to their primary stat modifier (Wisdom for Clerics, Charisma for Paladins, etc)

i.e. a 4th level Paladin with an 18 Charisma's Lay on Hands -> 2D6 is now 2D6+4
