Bio

Background: (Degenerate/TL 2) : Tom does as he’s told, when he’s told. He listens to his parents and takes his duties seriously, and works very hard. He is a crashing bore with nary an original thought entering his head, and tends to defer to others for leadership.

Although still somewhat lacking confidence his time in the wastelands is forcing him to take a more proactive roll, and he especially seems to enjoy cutting loose with his rifle more than most of his companions.
