Unnamed Soldiers of Cyre

"The named soldier—dead, melted wax—demands a response among the living… A response no one can make. Names are no comfort, they’re a call to answer the unanswerable. Why did she die, not him? Why do the survivors remain anonymous—as if cursed—while the dead are revered? Why do we cling to what we lose while we ignore what we still hold?

Name none of the fallen, for they stood in our place, and stand there still in each moment of our lives. Let my death hold no glory, and let me die forgotten and unknown. Let it not be said that I was one among the dead to accuse the living."

Unnamed Soldiers of Cyre was to be a continuation of the rich narrative created in 2005 by my former gaming group in Windsor, ON, Canada. I will still attempt to archive the brief but memorable adventures of Trubo, Luther, and Peony, but the exploits of new, yet unnamed soldiers of Cyre, shall have to wait for another time.

After a test game with new characters Kaya and Kale, it was deemed that the Pathfinder rules involved too much book keeping for a group with so many real life commitments. Our focus is now on simpler systems, such as the Rapidfire System and Qin, in settings such as Remnants RPG.

Please feel free to follow my new game here and thank you for coming by.
