William Barthanas has built his reputation from being a rock-solid leader, making the tough calls, and being a hardass. For his entire working life, William has served the people of Thyferra province, who life on the Kalashek border with The Orcs. His only experience leading is through the strife of constant war with a ruthless enemy. Experience has taught him that people value strength more than kindness, and as a result, he has few friends, but there are many who respect him.
