The Commanding officer of The Dragon and leader of the current of thier fleet. He is a stalwart fighter but even he admits not the most gifted tatican or engineer. Last contact placed him in charge because there was no one else of suffecent rank. The good news is that he seemed in good favor with us and wecomed future contact and coperation.
