Not much is know about The Rat King, except that he controls the Street Rats gang that has started taking over much of the petty and thuggish crime in Outter Vornheim.

He is cruel, calculating, and dangerous.

There are many who whisper that the Rat King controls vicious monsters and can commune with rats of all shapes and sizes.
