Range Description
Go For The Kill LoS Reaper first level Vampire instinctively knows when another creature is near death. When a creature reaches the threshold of death, between 0-5 damage, the vampire senses it, like a spritz of perfume, or a neon light being lit saying “Bite Me.” In a crowd, they can pinpoint the victim. Also, if a vampire has less than 25% health, they cannot successfully prowl around the vampire. Even invisibility doesn’t hide them from this sense.
Reaper’s Bite Touch Reaper first level The vampire attempts to drain the very life force out of a victim, 5D6 + PS Bonuses, and if victim doesn’t save vs poison/toxin they are incapacitated next turn. If the victim is a vampire and is below 0 before the attack, the victim dies, and must roll saves vs coma/death.

Super Resilience Impervious to all Magical and Psionic sleeps and paralysis.

Bio

Rin-Tsukiko is 4’7” with long white hair and pale blue eyes, quite beautiful with a pleasing combination of European and Japanese features. She is a powerhouse of efficient death trained as a Samurai and born in Edo Japan under mysterious circumstances, she was not known of until the 1900 Paris world Expo. There is little in the way of background about this young woman she was seen in the company of a well known reaper from the American colonies some believe this man to be her mentor some her father. What is known is that the two of them were involved in a series of vampire assassinations. The vampires slain were involved in the trafficking of Opium and other things out of Asia it is possible that human trafficking was also involved.

Rin-Tsukiko reappeared in 1923 in the U.S. during proabitition this time without the older man, she used her apparent youth to lure and destroy a small cabal of turned vampires that were responsible for the murder of eight young women in the Japantown area of New York. After that she seams to have disappeared until the 1960s when she began associating with a known hybrid Tony Slims his known alias is Silence. The two of them seam to have worked together on and off until one fateful night in the Amazons. They were tracking down a folk myth of the Cara de Abobaras. They assaulted a nest, and were slain, but not without taking out a veritable mountain of them first. They would have remained there, frozen in an endless death trance, if not for the scout of the Coven of the Lost. They were taken to the hidden Hartford Heights, and revived through a Blood Rite. They remained there, under oath of secrecy, till the creation of the coven of the six. What we know of them and the other members of the coven they associate with is in the other file I have sent you I hope it serves you well.
