I grew up deep in the northern forests with my Vanara tribe. When I was seven, the elders decided to hide a criminal. He had stolen a fair bit of food and, unbeknownst to the elders, a religious relic from a temple of Mitra. In response, soldiers came and burned the village to the ground. The little I remember includes the symbol of Mitra, over and over, along with one distinct, human face. As I struggled to survive in the wilds, I envisioned epic battles against that face and a horde of his human helpers. As I grew older, I focused on fighting against humans and learned to battle better against them. I have now ventured south, determined to gain enough power to inflict suffering and, eventually, death on all worshipers of Mitra, especially the face burned into my memory.
I achieved my first great victory shortly after joining with an odd, largely hairless group calling themselves the Nessian Knot. Together, we crippled the Keep of Balentine, and called in an army of capable-looking creatures to hold it. Of particular note, I enacted my revenge on a human, named Lord Havelin, who carried a very familiar symbol of Mitra. Afterwards, I met with their superiors and am now an official member of the group. I have vowed to work for Asmodeus, follow Thorn, work with the other members, and seek my revenge.
