+5 convex correction on both eyes

Will recover exactly 5 points of perception reduction due to eyesight problems. If anyone has less than 5 points of eyesight reduction, it will recover all of it, but will then reduce their eyesight again by the amount extra.

e.g. If someone has 3 eyesight damage, it will recover all 3, but then give them 2 points of damage again.
