Backstory
Streetwise (Success): “Jagged Promise” is designed to inflict massive damage through chaotically-forged barbs and razors along the blade. It is often given to thugs as a badge of their exceptional cruelty or effectiveness.
Streetwise (Raise): Various versions of “Jagged Promise” have been created, but they all share the same basic appearance and abilities. The design was said to be first forged by a talented Quivarran weapon smith later murdered by an assassin wielding the first of his dangerous creations.
