Talon is 5’7” and weighs 140 pounds, close shaved black hair and a pointed goatee flecked in white. His eyes are a piercing blue and he exudes a aura of power, Talon is the district leader of the Venois district of Locast and the head of the psionics guild.

Talon was an ally of the Rokan and became district leader after accusing and having the previous district leader Garret convicted of theft a couple of years before. He is not well liked in the district but seems indifferent to the comments. There are rumors that he killed Garretts manservant and his son Barrett.

He is still the elected official and with the beginning of the troubles between the normals and the sorcerers and psionics, his energy has been directed to the protection of the psionic people in general. He has been vocal about the curfew and the the proposed removal of the “blooders and benders”.
