Lucia was once one of the vampire kings of Sey Fo during the second age. She ruled with a visiciousness that surpassed those who had ruled before. She personally brought down the king before her. Her rulership reign ended with the rebellion by the various priesthoods that she had dominated.

She fled inland over the mountains and down the Corsae woods, wreaking havoc wherever she landed at. She met her end(statis) near the city of Pavis when the paladin of Tyr, Cormac fought her in a cave. Lucia had found a ring that she could put her spirit into and hid it when cormac showed up. She lost the fight and as Cormac began to drive the stake into her heart, her spirit fled to the ring. The head was severed and removed from the cave which was then closed up.

The ages went by. The cave eventually reopened. One day a rokanese soldier came in. His army was defeated and scattered. Lucia bent her will and overcame him. She took over his body and looked for a female. They found one and the Rokan soldier attacked and subdued the female. The soldier was commanded to put the ring on the female and transfered the young girls soul for hers. She then fed on the Rokan soldier but not enough to kill him. She found that her knowledge was severly limited as she had been hidden much longer than she though.

Pavis was a ripe town to pluck. She started with the children who were easily influenced and began to pick on important people. The town itself was in turmoil because of the twin conflicts north and south. She has had success except for a short time when a group of adventurers found some of her children, but the group left before much damage was done. Now there is another group.

Lucia was defeated by the Stormcrows and she retreated back into her ring. The Stormcrows lacked the knowledge of how to destroy the ring and took it with them to the elves. Lucia bid her time, testing the waters to see if she could control one of the Stormcrows, particularly the Elvish woman Setsuka. The Stormcrows came upon the elves and felt that there would be a way to destroy Lucia in her ring. A rift had opened to the elemental plane of fire and one of the elves volunteered to go into there to put the ring in the fire that would destroy both her and the ring.

Lucia tried desperately to influence the elf but wasn’t successful so she cast her mind out to others in the area and found a willing and stupid host. She took over the orc’s body and killed the elf and another orc. She then in the host body of the orc left to seek out better hosts. Lucia is about 5’1” with raven black hair and a pale skin, she is very beautiful but incredibly vicious and ruthless
