Esme Darkling have been conspiring against the 131th and 88th. She is a figure behind the suicide bombers in Skouwen. Ruthlessly she has taken control of the motoric functions of the weak willed and used them for her own gains.
An acolyte of Iquisitor Groth was not so weak of will and gave the 131th TI a name and a face.
Arrest orders have been sent to the farthest reaches of Aegnus IV, but still she eludes them.
