Description
This small tome is bound by two plates of tarnished brass. Inside are pages of vellum rendered from the hide of a red bull. The illuminated manuscript is written by the Brothers of the Southern Circle of Swordfighters in an archaic diction. With proverbs and painstaking illustration, the techniques of the Southern Circle are taught.

A month’s study of this book will indeed teach the Stance of Clarity
- Stance of Clarity: Using a standard action a fighter may assess the fighting style of his opponent (Sense Motive: DC15 or Bluff). If successful, the fighter gains a +2AC and +1 hit bonus for the duration of the combat.
- -2 AC vs All other opponents while in the Stance of Clarity.
