A former prince of New Orleans and Birmingham. Xavier has been a long time major player in the world stage of Kindred politics. A year or so after L.A. came under the control of the Camarilla, Xavier came to town and decided to stay. He’s been offered the Toreador primogenship on several occasions but has declared he’s had “enough of politics for several lifetimes.” He owns the Venus Club, a very high class gentleman’s club and lounge. The Venus Club is in the still somewhat ritzy Downtown area. His is one of the few spots in the city that rarely sees any violent outbreaks. Due, in no small part, to Xavier’s staff of well-armed, well-trained, and well-mannered security force. Recently, Prince LaCroix named the Venus Club to be an Elysium.
