Bio

Sulipul is the miscreant son of [[Rendorel Masugi]], a formerly exiled general from [[Nos Calan]].  After his mother's demise, Sulipul fell in with an agend of the [[Black Hand]] and became an apprentice of [[Pard Orktal]].
