Grethe is a servant of Duke Nikolai, and is used as a go-between for those the Duke may not wish to be directly associated with. He can always be found in the Kraken's Beak tavern, surrounded by a huge pile of empty flagons. It is speculated that his liver must be enchanted in some way, or perhaps is a portal to another dimension, because the man can consume a staggering amount of alchohol with no ill-effects.
