A mind flayer encountered in the aqueducts, One-Eye was making some sort of deal with Duke Nikolai. A devastating barrage of arrows crippled him and put out his eye before he was able to plane shift away.

One Eye is an adherent of the Quintessence Cult and is currently undergoing training to become a full-fledged disciple of Thoon. He has vowed to have his revenge on those who put out his eye, but is still gaining the power and information to do so. Little else is known of his motivation besides the desire for fresh brains.
