Hair: Dirty blonde, shoulder length when let down. He often wears a skull fitted cap that has the back cut out allowing his hair to flow freely.

Phys. Description: Okaida wears the traditional vest given to shinobi that have reached chunin/jonin status. The only difference being that his vest is a steel blue tint instead of the traditional green. Beneath the vest he wears the traditional black spandex mesh material. The mesh is sleeveless leaving his left arm exposed with a metal bracer around his forearm. His right hand and forearm are covered in white wrappings that extend up to his elbow. He also wears a long dark scarf around his neck that has some form of arcanic text.

W.O.C: Okaida relies on his extensive knowledge in water jutsu's to combat his foes. He's a strategist on the field and often uses his surroundings to create advantages for himself and his team.

History: To date, Okaida is the highest ranking shinobi when it comes to a mission success ratio. He has only failed two missions since becoming a shinobi as both a teammate and squad leader. His success is what propelled him through the ranks of The Hidden Mist and got him promoted to team leader of Kirigakure's ANBU and Hunter-nin squads.

              There are many rumors that tell of a mysterious experiment that took place several years ago under the direction of the previous Mizukage. Very little is known about the project other than its repeated failure with test-subjects and the experiements growth. The program, (if it ever existed) has been kept quiet by those who may know of its previous existence. Okaida is rumored to be one of several shinobi involved in the later stages of the project. Because of this, many of the mistrans display signs of distrust towards him and often seem withdrawn when around him.

Enemies:  During one of his missions as Kirigakure's leading Hunter-nin, he encountered Falon Vayle, a roleplayer in Iven's order. During their battle, Falon was able to momentarily immobilize Okaida and use a forbidden scroll to probe his mind & extract information on the whereabouts of Kirigaure's sacred scroll of techniques. What she didn't expect to find was information regarding one of the Biju (tailed beasts) that currently lies sealed within one of the mist shinobi. Before she could uncover the identity of the Biju's host, she was attacked by ANBU reinforcements from the hidden mist and fled the battle.

However, various ninja scouts of the hidden mist have reported sightings of unknown outsiders scowering the outskirts of Mistledale within the past 2 weeks. Many shinobi believe this to be the work of Falon in an attempt to study Mistledale and the hidden mist village and create a plan of attack. Because of this, patrol's have been beefed up and are rotated twice as often.

Current Activity:

             Since this latest development, the hidden mist's Mizukage Orai has shown great concern for Okaida's well-being on missions. Despite this, Okaida's exceptional tracking ability has made him the leading investigator in hunting down & aqcuiring the whereabouts of the persons responsible for the attack on the temple of Tyr.   

-Okaida is a Jounin leader within the hidden mist village who serves as an instructor. His extensive knowledge of water techniques has made him a powerful foe in combat. He was chosen to become an examiner because of the unique training methods he devises for his students. His training techniques are designed to bring about the greatest potential in a shinobi while discovering each students natural affinity in combat. He became a member of the hidden mist's ANBU at the age of 16 and became squad leader 3 years thereafter. At the age of 21 he was asked by the Mizukage, to become and instructor at the training academy. He complied and has trained three different teams to date.
