Otto is a hunter of non humans. He walks a tightrope because his sympathies lie with the non-human population. He has to be successful in order to keep suspicion off of him. His successful hunts involve those non humans of a more vile nature. This tends to keep his conscience clean. He has the proper papers to move between the various duchies to find the missing non humans.

Otto wears a mask but isn’t enamored of it and generally in private doesnt wear the mask.
