Weight: 170 lbs
Age: 49
Species: Human
Occupation: Head of the Organizatsiya in Virgina
Physical
Viktor is very handsome and professional on the surface but is also very tattooed and scarred underneath. Keeping to nice business suits of fashionable cuts he manages to conceal various tattoos and scars across his body. These are common knowledge and are generally assumed to be related to his family business somehow. The only openly visual hint at the underlying damage is on his face where there is a scar just below his left eye. He keeps his youthful brown hair trimmed short and well cared for to help maintain his air of cool control.

Psychological
Viktor appears cold and detached but its fairly often remarked that he has a bit of a soft side. He donates large amounts of money to charities every year and openly totes the merits of family life, despite having no wife or children of his own.
