Seemingly hopped up on dragon-powder every hour of the day, Axbwxuzzr amuses himself by trading with "normal folk". He claims he lives in Vernonia, a small town on the Wutai continent, but is often seen anywhere (at anytime) else that can be considered a "fun-tradesies" spot. His ability to be involved in seemingly every deal ever shook upon leads many to beleive he has some magical means to teleport, though many doubt he has the mental faculties to concentrate upon the study of Magic.
