Rughar was born in distant Waterdeep, and his talent for music showed early. He spent some time adventuring before deciding it was a tad too dangerous for his tastes, which had become quite refined on the spoils of his adventuring. His travels had taken him to the area destined to become the Silver Marches, and he saw a need for a all-in-one entertainment center in Everlund and set up Rughar’s House to fill the void.
