Areen Willowind is the younger but overprotective sister of Warrane Parthana Willowind.  She is shorter than her older sister, standing just five feet tall, but otherwise could be her twin with longer hair.   She has long wavy brown hair, and bright green eyes.  While her appearance may be very similar to her older sister's, her mannerism is not.  Areen is very serious, borderline nonexistent sence of humor.  She demands and receives respect for her sister and herself.
