Description

Utilizes Blood Fiend servants.  Has a fiery aura and wields entropic and force magics.


Bio

This Tiefling was interrupted by the characters while he was close to completing an unknown ritual.  A short exchange of taunts and curses made it clear that he views the characters with contempt, calling them "lackeys of the Council."  What this epithet is supposed to mean exactly is unclear, but what is clear is that this Tiefling wanted the characters dead.  It seems that, at least in the vision, he succeeded.
