Elric was the commander of the Northern Seas Kingdoms fleet that destroyed the Rokanese fleet in late 1876. His fleet then anchored off Locast and Elric came ashore with some advisors to meet with Watanabe who was the ruler of Locast at the time. A meeting that lasted nearly a week, Watanabe turned the city over to Elric. About a week later Watanabe committed suicide and Elric has been in control since then.

Elric is 6 foot black hair brown eyes and has a commanding presence.

Elric has created a sense of renewal within the kingdoms. His meeting at Evermere has brought back pride to Greater Baradan. His policies thus far have been backed with a great sense of enthuasim by the leaders of the provinces and the populace at large.
