Colossus was a giant-like creature standing sixty feet tall. A friend of Romlynn the Wise, and used as a mount of sorts by the wizard (who rode on his shoulder). Colossus’ origins are known only Romlynn, who befriended the creature once in another plane and returned him to the prime material plane. Though the giant was over five hundred years old, he always had a “child-like” mentality, and often slumbered for decades at a time before rising to cause havoc among the farming communities of Frannith by capturing and eating their livestock.

Colossus was slain in a battle with the Draconian general’s black dragon when they kidnapped Romlynn (and the party) on the border of Frannith, and returned him to their Master, Xaxoth in the Lower Draconic Nations.
