Thorin’s favorite instructor at the Arcane Academy in New Tu’Banor before he was released from the Program. Hobarth used his personal funds to find his favorite student housing, provided a small allowance for him to survive off of, and continues to allow Thorin to “sneak into” the Academy library occasionally after hours.

Hobarth’s burnt and desecrated corpse is found at the demolished arcane academy in ruined New Tu’Banor. He died defending the academy he so loved in life.
