Kobulkahn was the leader of the tribe of Lizardmen in the Forgotten Tomb. He had been mutated by eating the fruit from the “Tree of Life” in the pocket dimension which they accessed through the Traveler’s Stone (which they worshiped as a gift from their goddess). He and his daughter Mica, were killed during battle with the party in the “pocket dimension” when they obtained the stone.
