Owner of “Madam Shella’s Pleasures” a well known brothel in the city of New Tu’Banor, and close friend and former lover of Decimus. She often acts as an informant for the party, as her or “her girls” often are prevy to information they gather while on the job.

Madam Shella’s Pleasures was found destroyed in the ruins of New Tu’Banor, though no corpses of her or her girls were located. There is evidence that they were captured by the dark dragon riders, and only the gods might know what horrible tortures and nightmarish things they may be going through in their oppression.
