Prince Actius is a several thousand year old Toreador Methusela. He was embraced during the waning days Greek civilization and followed the wave of imperialism until many centuries later he found himself in the new world. A land of pure opportunity and unbridled intrigue. Once again following exploration and colinization he moved west as the cities became large enough to hold a significant vampire population. eventually when he could travel west no more he settled in a steadily growing town in the pacific northwest and set about carving his own empire.
