Bio
Billie is a 38 year old gnome bard that has already had a very interesting career. On her first adventure out of the burrow, she managed to hook up with a human ranger, halfling monk and half-ogre mage. The group banded together to fight a local menace in the area, a group of orcs led by an ogre that had terrorized the area for decades. After dispatching the bruiser that led the orcs, a maddened orc crone came at them brandishing a filthy staff. She struck at the ranger in the group, who blocked her strike with his sword, breaking it in two. Unknown to them, it was a staff of power and the retributive strike blew the party into the Auran plane. The group was picked up by a passing crew of locals traveling via skywhale and their story and luck were incredible enough to catch the ear of a local sultan, who invited them to his court to entertain. The group put on an incredible performance. The ranger and monk showed off arrow-catching and Billie and the half-ogre put on a display of story, song and illusion that left the crowd cheering. They were handed a myriad small gifts, including a armband of reduction for the mage and a endless decanter of coffee for Billie, among other more immediately useful items. Billie could have happily settled on the plane, but the others were restless to return home, taking the first portal to the prime material plane. It, however, was not the prime material plane they expected, turning out instead to be Eberron. Within a week, they’ve come up against horrid rats, good kobolds and a pair of Warforged named Hack and Slash. They are sooo ready to get out of this place, despite Billie nabbing a hat of disguise after dispatching it’s previous owner (Slash). They’re looking for an actual way home, though Billie would still prefer to return to the plane of air.
