Bio

Captain Leon Kurtz is a former roadwarden who rose to the rank of captain after a long stint as a sergeant. He is in charge of keeping the highway along the River Stir safe for travelers. His jurisdiction runs from Gersdorf in the north to the hills south of the Strutting Cock Inn.
